I have been having some real moments of jealousy of those who have come before me to share their stories. Lately I have been filled with doubt that I have anything new to offer. I am nervous to interview because my resume reads like a travel journal. She went here. Then she went there. Now she is trying to go somewhere new. I have a lot of negative self talk happening in my head. Today I feel defeated and limited in what I have to offer.  I know it will pass, but today feels heavy.

I hope that the negative self talk has diminshed by now!!!!

I do that negative self talk all the time! Back in the day when I blogged, I wrote a few lengthy posts about my crazyass jealousy (those posts were easy to write!!!!) - in one of them I discussed a writer I had been fairly good friends with in junior high. She became a bestselling author & her book was made into a film. She's a prolific novelist and the last time I snooped about her I read that she's a writing professor for the University of California.

Anyway, I can tell just from reading your blog so far & your podcast that you have sh*tloads of valuable insights and talent.

Your stories matter!!!
